Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you visit jobpostingsapi.com, use the JobPostings API console or call the JobPostings API API. In this document, “JobPostings API”, “we” and “us” refer to Prism Digital, LLC (131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US), the operator of those services, and “you” means the person using them. If you use JobPostings API on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that company.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

JobPostings API returns information that is publicly visible on employer Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Rippling), corporate career sites, and public job boards: job titles, descriptions, locations, compensation bands, company domains, and canonical application URLs.

JobPostings API is an independent developer infrastructure provider and has no partnership or affiliation with any third-party ATS vendor or employer listed in the index.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
• The details you give us when you sign up must be accurate.
• Your API keys work like passwords. Store them securely and rotate a key as soon as you think it has leaked. Every request made with your key is billed to your account.

JobPostings API uses a record-based credit ledger (1 Credit = 1 Job Record returned). You top up your balance or purchase a monthly subscription plan by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe with automatic official PDF invoices and VAT/Tax ID support) or cryptocurrency through our payment processors, and each successful billable request is deducted at the rate shown on the pricing page. Pay-As-You-Go credit packs never expire.

If we change our prices, the new rate will be published on the pricing page before it applies.

We may also grant promotional credits, such as 500 free trial credits to qualifying new accounts at sign-up. Whether an account qualifies is decided by automated abuse checks. Promotional credits are spent before your paid balance, earliest expiry first, and each grant expires 60 days after it is issued; any unused part is then void. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded, withdrawn or transferred.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Every job record returned by JobPostings API includes a source_type field (ats_direct, career_site, or job_board) and a license_class field (redistributable or attribution_required).

• Redistributable records originate directly from public employer ATS boards and corporate career portals and may be displayed on public job boards, talent marketplaces, and internal analytics tools.
• Attribution-required records originate from third-party job boards and aggregators; if displayed publicly, you must preserve source attribution and link applicants to the canonical apply_url.

You agree not to use JobPostings API, or data obtained through it, to:

• publish fraudulent, deceptive, or phishing job listings;
• harass, spam, or send unsolicited bulk communications to individuals;
• try to obtain non-public data, get around our access controls or rate limits, or use someone else’s API key;
• disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer our systems;
• break any law, or infringe anyone else’s rights.

The service may not be used from, or for the benefit of anyone in, countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

We work to keep JobPostings API fast and available, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Employer job postings change constantly, and responses reflect what was publicly available when the posting was indexed or fetched. We may add, change or retire endpoints and features, and we may take the service down briefly for maintenance.

You can stop using JobPostings API whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account, without advance notice where necessary, if it breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or if the law requires us to.

What happens to an unused balance is described in the Refund Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
